Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuits

If you haven't tried this biscuit recipe for a boat to carry chicken gravy and mashed potatoes yet, here's one more idea!  These little biscuit sandwiches would be perfect for Sunday brunch.

Another recipe that doesn't really require any recipe, but this is how we do it:

Prepare biscuits as directed in the biscuit recipe.  It's best to make the biscuits a little on the thick side to withstand cutting them in half and to hold up a stack of bacon, egg and cheese.  Prepare an egg and milk mixture and cook as you would an omelet, but without the vegies.  Fry up some bacon to your liking, crispy please, slice up some good ol' American cheese or some even better ol' pasteurized prepared cheese product...A.K.A.- Velveeta.  {Oh, don't judge, just do it!}.  Voila!  Breakfast!
